1. Products & Substitutions

All products are subject to availability. Occasionally, we may substitute an item (flowers, wrapping, packaging) with one of equal or higher value to maintain the quality of your order.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis and include VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed at checkout using trusted payment providers.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Same-day orders are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and consumables, we do not offer returns. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or replacement.
