Returns and Refunds
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Romo Rete, our florists take great care in preparing your bouquets. Please note that florists may substitute flowers based on availability due to the highly seasonal nature of such products. If you are dissatisfied with your bouquet, please contact Romo Fete's customer service within 2 days of delivery. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve any issues.
For complaints about substandard or incorrect products, we'll require a photo as evidence. Refunds, if applicable after assessment, may take up to seven working days to process.
Due to the perishable nature of products such as flowers, cakes and food, returns for such items are not accepted.
